"My name is Joe Hernandez. An El Paso native, I left after graduating Burges High School to receive a Bachelors in Biology at St. Mary’s University, followed by my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of the Incarnate Word. At my time at St. Mary’s I became very passionate about exercise and quickly learned that it was something that I wanted to make part of my career. Now, a practicing DPT I have continued expanding on that passion and have received continuing education on McKenzie Part A Course which emphasized low back pain, a very common condition that we treat here at Spine and Rehabilitation Specialists."
